A Signature Parisian Residence
Set on a corner of the 16th arrondissement, this hôtel particulier was rebuilt in 1905 by architects Roger Bouvard and Louis Faure-Dujarric, and its façade was presented at the 1906 Paris Façade Competition. A full transformation between 2005 and 2016 added two lower levels while preserving the original marble staircase with its wrought-iron railing.
On the ground floor, the grand salon, with its columns and marble fireplace, opens onto a 3,455 sq ft private garden through seven French doors, beneath ceilings of about 14½ feet. Eight suites with private bathrooms occupy the upper floors. The residence also offers a wellness area with jacuzzi, saunas, massage room and hair salon, a professional kitchen, staff quarters, a security post and a 4-car garage.
