David founded Collins International Properties in 2010 with a single conviction: that high-net-worth clients deserve representation that travels with them.
The firm was built around international clients with cross-border lives — and runs the way its founder thinks. Discreetly. Multilingually. In service of long-term relationships rather than single transactions.
Sixteen years on, Collins International Properties has closed over $250 million across Miami's most discreet addresses, with clients from Paris to Punta Cana relying on a small team that operates more like a family office than a traditional brokerage.
David is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Miami Association of Realtors. He works personally on the firm's most complex transactions — particularly those involving international buyers, structured purchases, and discretion-sensitive listings.
